Homewood Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport

Very basic hotel convenient to the airport. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed on December 30 and this seemed to be a holiday which meant that the restaurant was out of certain items and the cafe closed early. We keep trying different options at LAX and this one was acceptable but quite average although the breakfast was poor and poorly staffed. On the plus side, it is quiet and we had a good night’s sleep.

Stayed here while because we had tickets to the chargers/bears game. They location is very close to the airport and rental car. It was pretty ease access to the interstates and to So-Fi. We did the shuttle service to the game for a fee but that was worth every penny because it was easy in and out of the game for us with no waiting for traffic. They have that done to a T. The hotel staff were all super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but I have back problems and so it could be from that. The rooms are soundproof. Didn’t hear a peep from anyone. They share their building with a rental car businesses, a parking garage business, subway and an coffee shop. They also had an restaurants. It is along a busy street and their is one homeless man that comes around but they have security present and the homeless man doesn’t bother anyone. The smoking section is by the parking garage but off the street and I didn’t have anyone bothering me but did help a lot of people on the shuttle service for the rental car business as they were closed until 8 and their signs don’t state to take the parking garages/ hotels shuttle to the airport. I definitely didn’t mind helping. Overall, definitely would stay here again.

Great hotel next to LAX. Check in was easy. The room was very clean. Elevators take a bit to get used to with all the automation. Great rooftop access for plane spotting of LAX. Breakfast was good and was your standard hotel breakfast. Nice small outdoor pool. Easy 15-20 minute walk to In-N-Out Burger. Only thing that could be improved would be the water pressure in the shower. It was terrible. I would lower my score a half star if I could just because of that. Otherwise was a great hotel and I would stay here again.

This hotel is nice and clean. The staff we dealt with at the front desk wasn't exactly friendly and seemed overwhelmed maybe? Our room was a great size and layout, and clean - but the beds were not comfortable feeling the springs, the room would not cool below 76, and the rate at this hotel is on the higher end and the parking rate is very high because of the hotels location. Personally, we will not stay here again. We are loyal hilton members and this was one of the only times I truly felt as if we were just another guest and felt that our money/points should be credited because of how uncomfortable our room was overnight for our short stay.

Me and my husband stayed here two weeks ago and we're so disappointed. The bathroom was so nasty. There was literally pubic hair at the bottom of the toilet and in the shower! 🤮 I cannot make this up. Stains on the cabinets and the water was not even hot. For a 300 dollar deposit there is no reason whatsoever we had to go thru this. Would never stay here again.!
